Sunny Bhatnagar is the co-founder and CTO of Biltmore Technology Solutions, Inc. (BTS), a financial technology company founded in 2018. BTS specializes in delivering innovative capital market solutions to major banks, broker-dealers, and futures clearing merchants, empowering them to navigate the complexities of modern financial markets.

With 20 years in the financial technology sector, Sunny has held senior roles early in his career, providing him with invaluable experience and a broad vision that has shaped his strategic approach. His expertise spans asset liability management, where he specialized in financial derivatives for a portfolio of USD 4.8 billion in assets under management, as well as the development of statistical models for insurance products. He also served as the key account manager for the APAC region at FIS, focusing on banking and financial products, gaining deep insights into client needs and market dynamics.

Sunny’s career includes pioneering risk and control solutions at Goldman Sachs and regulatory risk solutions for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Now, as the CTO of BTS, he leads the technology organization, driving the design and implementation of data-driven platforms and analytics tools that streamline complex financial processes and foster resilience in capital markets.

Sunny holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a foundation that underpins his commitment to advancing financial technology through innovation and excellence.
